Our fees are designed to be straightforward and fair, reflecting our commitment to quality education at an affordable rate. We offer three tuition tiers to suit different needs and access levels, all priced at R200 per hour (15US$ subject to exchange rate) for tuition alone.
- Private Full Tier: R200 (US$15) per hour tuition plus an additional R500 (US$30) flat fee for Cambridge One access codes, providing full access to premium materials and certification – ONLINE ONLY
- Private Limited Tier: R200 (US$15) per hour tuition only, (ONLINE, or face-to-face in the Tshwane area) offering screen-shared lessons and participation certificates without full Cambridge One access.
- Sponsored Tier (NPO Tier): R200 (US$15) per hour tuition, fully subsidized or donor-funded to support learners with limited financial means. These lessons will also be screen-shared or in-person tuition without full Cambridge One access but will include participation certification on successful completion.
Booking and Payment

- Fill out the Student Registration Form to register your commitment to this important life-enhancing step.
- Choose Your Package Select the tutoring option that suits your needs from the Fees page.
- Contact Me to Confirm Availability Send a message via Whatsapp 0679112667 or email me directly at
astro4mare@gmail.com. I’ll confirm your preferred time slot and answer any questions. - Teacher/Student agreement: Once your session is confirmed you will be provided with a Teacher/Student agreement that you (the student) or your guardian (parent) must download, sign and return via email to astro4mare@gmail.com before the agreement can come into effect. All lessons are governed by the Student–Teacher Agreement. Booking implies acceptance of these terms.
- Make payment: Several international and local payment options are available. You can arrange with your teacher and choose the option that fits your needs.
- Receive Confirmation After payment is received, you’ll get a confirmation email with your session details and any prep materials if needed.
- Refunds: No refunds for missed sessions unless canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice. No partial refunds will be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or dissatisfaction with lesson content. Exceptions may be granted at the Teacher’s sole discretion in cases of documented emergencies.
